2 cups cooked chicken (cubed)
1 cup diced onion
½ cup diced green pepper
Ό cup diced jalapeρo peppers
½ cup flour
1 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. salt
3 cups chicken broth
½ cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
12 large flour tortillas
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
2. In a medium saucepan, heat broth, flour, and seasonings until it
forms a thick sauce
3. Combine sauce and sour cream.
4. Set aside half the sauce mixture
5. Combine remaining sauce with chicken, pepper, and onion
6. Roll each tortilla with some of the chicken mixture
7. Place tortillas in casserole dish
8. Top with remaining sauce and cheddar cheese
9. Bake for 25 minutes
