• 500g frozen hash browns
• ¼ cup melted butter
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• ½ cup diced onion
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
2. Combine all ingredients in casserole dish
3. Top with extra cheddar cheese (optional)
4. Bake 45 minutes or until top is slightly browned
