Sausage and Eggs Casserole

Ingredients:

Ingredients:
• 8 slices of bread
• 1 lb breakfast sausage
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 10 large eggs
• 2 cups milk
• 2 teaspoons dry mustard powder
• ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
• ¼ cup sliced green onion

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees C
2. Cut bread into 2cm cubes
3. Cook sausage and crumble
4. Combine sausage, cheese, and bread in casserole dish
5. In separate bowl, combine eggs, milk, mustard powder, and pepper. Beat until well mixed.
6. Pour egg mixture into casserole dish
7. Top with extra cheese (optional)
8. Bake for 1 hour.
9. Top with green onions and serve
