• 1 box uncooked spaghetti
• 1 cup ricotta cheese
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• 2 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1 800g can / jar tomato sauce
• 1 cup sliced mushrooms
• ½ cup diced peppers
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
2. Cook spaghetti according to package directions
3. Combine spaghetti and all remaining ingredients in casserole dish
4. Sprinkle with extra parmesan cheese if desired
5. Bake 30 minutes
